What is graphic facilitation?
Graphic facilitation in paris or internationaly brings together visual thinking techniques that help groups reflect, learn and make sense together.
At its core lies scribing: the real-time visual capture of ideas, turning conversations into an illustrated map of collective thinking as it unfolds.

Why graphic facilitation matters?
In a world where ideas multiply and overlap, people often speak without truly understanding each other.Visual facilitation brings clarity: it reveals connections, highlights what matters and gives every voice a place in the conversation.
When groups see their thinking as it emerges, they create meaning, alignment and momentum.

How graphic facilitation works?
Humans are deeply visual beings. Around 95% of our perception comes through sight. Imagine a world where everything was communicated through movement: it would change everything. Drawing and symbols transcend words, they anchor memory, foster understanding, and create belongingHumans are profoundly visual beings. Most of how we perceive and understand the world comes through sight.
If everything were communicated through movement alone, our reality would feel completely different. Drawing and symbols go beyond words: they anchor memory, support understanding and create a sense of connection and belonging.

Who is graphic facilitation for?
Graphic facilitation supports every field and every type of gathering.
From top-down conferences to collaborative formats such as team-building sessions, world cafés, design thinking workshops, brainstorms, coaching sessions, interviews and roundtables.
Wherever ideas meet, visuals help them connect.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Alexia Leibbrandt. I’m a French graphic facilitator based in Paris.
You might not notice me at first. I’m often the one by the big whiteboard, quietly testing markers. But if you look a little closer, you’ll realise I’m listening far more deeply than it appears.
As a graphic facilitator and creative coach, I turn conversations into visuals that make ideas visible, shared and alive. My role is to bring clarity to complex moments, help groups see what they mean, and create space for understanding to emerge.
