Who benefits from graphic facilitation?
Scribing is a live visualization tool that transforms complex ideas into clear, meaningful visuals.
In this « Who » page, you’ll explore how graphic facilitation empowers leaders, teams, and events – revealing the full potential of visual thinking in action.
Who benefits from graphic facilitation?
Are you a manager, team member, speaker, scientist, tech innovator, historian, coach, facilitator, consultant, educator - or simply an explorer at heart?
A practice adaptable to every audience and every format

The beneficiaries of graphic facilitation are many.
Leaders and teams – in both public and private sectors – use it during conferences, seminars, team-building events, brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops, and design thinking processes.
- Do you have a vision to share?
- Do you want to re-energize teams who’ve lost their sense of purpose and give them back a voice?
- Are you looking to invent a product or solution and need strong visual markers to guide reflection and focus your goals?
Through live scribing, graphic facilitation helps groups project themselves into the future, communicate more clearly, and keep a shared visual memory of their journey – while opening new perspectives for growth and collaboration.

For fast thinkers, creative minds, and neurodivergent profiles
Some people think in spirals, others in flashes, others in brilliant zigzags. I’ve been working for years with fast thinkers, sensitive minds, creative disruptors and neurodivergent profiles who often feel misunderstood in traditional meetings. I’m neurodivergent myself (mild ADHD + light dyslexia), so I know exactly what it’s like to process too much at once, to think in multiple layers, or to feel ideas before words.
My way of facilitating adapts naturally to these minds. I turn cognitive overflow into clarity, give shape to fragmented thoughts, slow down what goes too fast, and accelerate what gets stuck. Neurodivergent participants finally feel recognised, respected, and visually represented. Their unique way of thinking becomes a collective advantage, not something to hide.
visual clarity for fast and multi-layered thinkers
graphic translation for non-linear ideas
sensitive listening to nuance and subtle cues
adaptive rhythm: fast when needed, spacious when useful
supportive environment for divergent cognition
Trusted by organizations and teams worldwide
